Happy New Year 2023! I wish you a better New Year than the one that just ended.

The last year was a full year for me, with many challenges and achievements. A lot has happened since I wrote that Ive abandoned blogging. I’ve managed to rebuild my electronics lab, but in a minimalistic way, with only the minimum equipment needed and taking up a space that’s about a tenth of what I had at my old company. However, I have access to a good photo studio, so I can still take pictures to the quality that has always been present on the blog.
As such, I’m thinking of starting to blog again.
I got two new development boards in December 2022, a Curiosity HPC from Microchip and an Arduino-based development board from TME, namely an Arduino-based TME Educational Board, codename TME-EDU-ARD-2.
I also found a few Click modules from MikroElektronika in the trinket box that I haven’t written about yet.
I’m thinking of starting a series of programming lessons and tutorials for absolute beginners. Maybe I will publish some more advanced projects too.
In the meantime, I’ve reopened the comments section of the blog. I don’t promise I’ll be able to answer all the questions, given that I no longer have all the components and development boards I’ve used in the past.
I’ve also done a bit of cleaning up in the ads to make the site more user-friendly. I have introduced a notification for AdBlock users, and I’m thinking of conditioning access to the site only for those who don’t use adblockers or disable them. I plan to do a bit of cleaning of the old blog posts, I know that since the change of hosting there are some images and links that no longer work.
That’s it for today. I’ll keep you updated on the changes I make.
